    Dear Customer Services, I am new to IG. I have just accidentally closed a position that I have held for a week. I didn't realise that I had activated the one click function which meant the position got closed when I wanted to review it. Please can this order be reinstated?

    I don't quite understand why orders are being blocked by IG when there is a price movement? Is this not the basis for trading? Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I may considering trying out other platforms because this seems an undue advantage on their (IG's) side.

    I have never seen such a bearish FTSE like I witnessed today at least not since 2009. What's everyone's thought on it?
