    I did 3 UK trades last month and was still charged £8 commission for a trade yesterday. No responce from IG and a few people asking.

    A few of us asking the same thing this morning JGD. A reply would be nice from IG. I've asked the same question in 2 other places this morning. Nothing yet but when I do I'll post to the other forums.

    I read somewhere on the forum it is a glitch in the system and they refund the difference but would like some clarification as it was not directly from IG.

    Hi Have had a look around the forum for this but now cant find it so maybe someone could explain please. I made 3 UK trades in my first month aware that I would be paying the £8 fee per trade. Logged in today thinking great £3 per trade and it still wants to charge me £8. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
