Question - Capital Raising/Issue of Securities

Hi, A company I hold shares in (ASX.NAB) has recently announced a capital raising for existing share holders. Having my shares with IG, how will I be able to participate in this? NAB has said that letters will go to registered addresses but I believe our address is not recorded on the underlying asset?
