Transferring shares in from a US broker to IG

IJD posted a question in IG Account Support - MyIG Help

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get this to make progress? I initiated a request from the US broker (E*TRADE) several weeks ago but they've failed to get any response from IG, there seems to be no direct way to get in touch with a real human being who actually deals with this, the only email address I have (the UK helpdesk one) didn't get any response. E*TRADE have asked for an email/phone contact who will be responsible for overseeing the transfer and who they can deal with, but IG don't seem to be able to provide this...
