I have only recently started using the online prorealtime platform and I am wondering why some of the charts show huge candles that doesn't reflect the trading range at the time or other price charts that are available. I have attached an example from today. I have also noticed that the SP data is different depending on whether I use the trading account or spread betting account. I have attached images for this as well. I'm not sure if I am using it incorrectly or if this is a bug. Any help would be great thanks.
