  1. Why when adjusting a trade am i getting a Markets not availble online error? when i just placed the trade about an hour ago and now wish to alter it. the market is open,. and its an all sessions trade.
  2. Im trying to place open orders and constantly getting a rejected order message ive tried various stocks and no difference. Is this share trading platform falling to pieces? ive spent about 6 hours on hold the last 3 weeks and still no one picks up the phone its useless. B

  6. maybe i just tried calling SAXO.. and they arent answering either.. ive been number 1 in queue for 10 minutes. is there an international trading platform out there that has customer service?
  7. if they dont come out with a serious apology and fix the issues and guarantee security - im afraid ill have to go to other platform - its just too shaky ground - we have enough to worry about without dealing with a dodgy trading company that doesnt answer phones and has Constant system issues..
  8. THAT OUTAGE PERIOD HAS COST ME MONEY.. STILL I DONT SEE OPEN POSITIONS ONLY NEW TRADES THAT PROBABLY WONT EXECUTE AN THE TIME FOR THAT TRADE PASSED DURING THE OUTAGE

  13. SAME THE NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH IG IS HIGHLY CONCERNING - SHOULD WE GO TO THE AUTHORITIES. THEY ARE IMPACTING US FINANCIALLY WHEN WE CAN SEE OPEN POSITIONS OR TRADE.. PLUS THE PHONE LINE HASNT BEEN ANSWERED IN OVER A WEEK. ???????????/ APPALLING
  14. This is not sorted and happening on my account now.. PLUS ZERO SUPPORT FROM IG - ZERO ANSWERING PHONES - THAT IS THE MAJOR CONCERN - THAT THEY DONT MONITOR THE COMMUNITY OR SUPPORT FAULTS IN THEIR SYSTEM PREVENTING US FROM TRADING EFFICIENTLY.

HI Everyone, Ive noted some system errors, re the ability to login when site admin/maintenance is done (very communication about it), un-contactable phone support (been on wait to speak to someone today 3 times for 40 mins and no one answers, and now i have an order that will not clear when i try to delete it. Is this platform going all downhill? Should we all run for the hills,, or is IG going to give us some customer support? B
  16. Looks like the balances on most peoples accounts are out. mine too.. Could it be the planned maintenance.. Even said they shouldnt be playing with peoples account values during maintenance, that could cause all sorts of issues and stress for different types of people. Keep our data accurate please IG - even during maintenance. B
