US Stock Trading Charges?

Hello, Over the last few days i've traded stocks for Walt Disney Co (see below). I thought I had made around $669.60 profit which I figured would be in the region of £540. Howver my account value has only increased by £233.44. Why is there a near £300 shortfall? What am i missing? Kind regards Thomas
