Hi, BoE increased rate by 0.25bp to 1.25%. this is below mkt expectations so mkt may react today.

Hi, I do agree that Mkts will fall further and may go to the levels we had during Covid lockdown. But I also hope recovery will start later this year or start of 2023. BoE should increase rate by 0.50bp today, which is now highly possible because of Fed decision yesterday.

I expect DJI will drop further before rising again. It is not just inflation concerns but an on going war in Europe also causing fear of escalation. It might hit 29,200 in coming weeks. I also expect FED will increase just 50bp instead of 75bp widely expected. similarly BoE will increase just 25bp and not 50bp tomorrow, it will probably negatively affect the Mkts. -
