Share transfer issues

Has anyone else experienced problems with IG in getting shares transferrred from previous platforms. I am a new IG customer, and completed all required forms weeks ago to arrange share transfer. IG have bounced my shares back twice to my previous broker, I got an email apologising and that this would be resolved quickly. IG keep giving me dates (11th and 15th May) as when these transfers will be completed but I still don't have access to my shares and last week the prices dropped below my stop loss and I was unable to sell, I have lost money and am very concerned I lose even more this week. Anyone else suffered these issues.
