Hi mate, i had a chat with IG support long time back and they said they don't honour pre and post market auctions on ASX market. Nothing to do with DEMO account, Active share trading account and CFD's are the same. good luck with trying something else.

Is it normal for people to see ASX position not getting executed in auction especially in post closure. I have experienced placing orders well above the market price for buying but still the position was not opened
