  1. Could not see open position on web app or mobile app therefore unable to close. Have tried to contact ig via phone and have been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. looks many others have experienced the same problem and has also happened before. Very disappointed. Probably time to investigate other brokers and move. Its a shame.
