  1. Well, It is true that customer service at IG is not good. I have submitted all the documents two weeks before but still account is not open. I contacted helpdesk two times both the time I got standard reply by saying that it will be open soon (by this week every time). However, without any specific reason it got delayed.

    Yes I agree, I already trade with Darwinex with amazing and quick customer support, but attracted to IG due to their wide range of available trading instrument. However, it was good experience upfront and now changed my mind to join other broker.

    I have contacted helpdesk several time they have just one standard response. This has been since almost last two weeks.
