Hello, i had the same problem and still having it. i have an account directly with ProRealTime and when i tried to connect this afternoon, (Dubai Time) a message was saying that it's under maintenance. Still i just retried and the prorealtime direct access is working but not the ProrealTime/Ig one. it's not an answer :(, but i suppose that soon we'll have the access again Zico
