CNH funding question

Hi I'm new to IG, where can I find information about funding in CNH (USD, EUR, CAD)? I opened an account with Saxo, and the help desk told me that I could fund my account in CNH, but when I tried with live account, it's not working, and I don't want to repeat the mistake with IG. It seems to me that CNH can only be transferred between banks in HK, and I have an account in HK bank. Thanks for your help/comment.
