The easiest thing might be changing your trading platform, and/or your broker. This looks like some sketchy business, and I would not be a part of it. I am glad that nothing like this has ever happened to me on forexrb.com. I was lucky to have a friend who already had experience with it, and on his recommendation I started trading there. So far nothing similar has ever happened, I get all of my profits. I would be furious if this happened to me, but I don't really think there would be any problems like these, good luck!
