Can anyone explain why the trading charge for buying Unilever PLC (ULVR.L) isted on LSE is higher than buying Unilever NV (UNA.AS) listed on Amsterdam?
For example assuming a purchase of an equivalent amount of £ 2000, the charges are as follow:
Unilever NV (UNA.AS) >> charges = € 10.00
Unilver PLC (UNLVR.L) >> charges = £17.79
What it seems strange is the cost to buy Unilver PLC for which I would expect a fee of £ 8 accordingly to https://www.ig.com/uk/investments/share-dealing/costs-fees.
Thanks in advance for your help.
