LFM

I trade mostly on UK and US markets - I am in UK. My base currency is GBP and I wish to use multi-currency on the platform GBP and USD I have changed the Currency Conversion option to Manual, but when I did a test transfer in to the account of USD, the account did not display two fund pools, only the GBP and it looks like it did a automatic currency transfer. The transfer history shows USD did arrive at the platform. How do I get the platform to display and manage the two currencies? Objective US trades draw from USD pool and other trades from base currency (GBP) pool I can't see instructions on the site and chat has not helped

I have been trying to do a trade for Air France KLM from a share trading account but get the message "This instrument cannot be traded from this type of account" ... please call help desk Can't get through to Help Desk Share is available to view and selection Can anyone give some insight ( especially IG staff )
