How to change size to 0.01 on MT4

HAWK3R posted a question in IG Chart Support - Charts, MT4 and PRT

I have started using MT4 but the minimum trade size is 0.1 and will not let me change it. My trades regularly consist of 20 or more positions and I need to trade sizes of 0.01 to manage my available margin. I am informed my broker can change it but the wait for telephone assistance is 40+ minutes, does anyone know how I can do this?
