URGENT - login to MT4 wont work - cant close open trades

Yes, I have both emails from IG containing login and password for my MT4 terminal. Yes I have been running the terminal since last Thursday with a live account and my EA. The login details no longer work and it says Invalid account. My laptop has shut down at some point over the weekend and I have live trades placed by my EA and they are in DRAWDOWN because my EA cannot manage the trades and I cannot close them on the app or in my IG dashboard area! I have been on the phone to IG waiting for 4hrs!!!!, I have emailed them - I'm pulling my hair out in frustration. WHAT DO I DO?
