Hi, Im having issues joining the IG Academy. Im logged in on both MY IG and Community and when I try to access it prompts me to join. Ive tried to access from the community portal then from MY IG portal. Being logged in to both, still doesn't allow me access and prompts me to join. When you click join its asks for detail to create an account. It seems no matter which way I try to access its prompts me to register. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, A little confused myself here... when I try to log in I get an error saying email is already being used. Did you manage to access the IG Academy without re-registering? If you did, could you point me in the right direction. Regards
