I have the same experience. Could not get through to the phone, e-mail reply did not answer the question, was then sent to the Community forum, and now my question is being held-up for vetting (not sure this answer is even going to be published!).
Hello. Has anyone successfully withdrawn money in a currency other than GBP? Can it be simply done through the normal withdrawal page once the USD bank account is registered? I would like to avoid the USD to be converted in GBP to be converted again in USD and loose twice on the change! Thank you.
