Have tried calling the customer service number (no one ever picks up even after holding for over an hour), and have tried email the helpdesk but their auto responses are as yet after a month of trying of zero use....so hoping someone here can help.
I do not live in my country of birth. Havent lived there for 37 years. As such I do not have the national identity number that national residents are given...the IG verification process ask for this...and if you don't have it, call the customer service number....and around it goes.
I have tried since early June, and I even deposited money which I now fear I can't even get back even if I wanted to go elsewhere.
Please advise what I can do.
