I have turned on the force open function yesterday as I was doing sideway trades on DJIA; hence I have + and - open positions on it.
After the outage, I tried to long 1 contract. However, the setting was gone and I ended up closing my position at a loss.
When I emailed them of this problem, they simply sent me a response saying that they apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Unbelievable service. Their hotline is not working, they don't reply on FB messenger. What can we consumers do? I think the answer is pretty obvious here.
