Hello. Really sorry about this noob question. I just joined IG to purchase shares in two companies (CST and RTR). I have loaded funds. Provided TFN. Went to "buy" and each time it said "exchange not available". Is it because the market is closed? Is it because I have yet to qualify? I don't understand what the hold up is. Crypto via binance isn't this difficult... Thank you in advance.
