  1. 1. Log into and go to the "my positions" section 2. Click on the blue button "Add to workspace" 3. Click on the "Add/remove columns" button (on the left to Market and looks like 3 horizontal lines) 4. Select the column "Book Costs" 5. You should now see the Book Costs column in your positions, if you like on the value of the stock, you can edit it. Note: I had problems where I was able to edit the value but it never saved, this is a browser problem. Use a different browser or clear your browser history/cache. Note: These instructions are accurate at the time of this post. IG may change the user interface in the future which could change the way this is done.
  2. ahh yes, sorry I was able to resolve this myself a few days after my post. For me, it was a browser issue, my settings would not save. I was using google chrome. I tried it win mac safari and it worked fine. I then cleared my google chrome cache and it worked after. Hope this help others if they experience the same problem.
  3. Thank you, wasnt there when I first checked but can see it now, just had to be a bit more patient.
  4. Is there a way to edit the average price? When stock gets consolidated or split, the average price shows as zero, which makes all my stats incorrect. Thanks
  5. I am able to work out capital gains myself pretty easily. But what about dividends for my tax. How do I know how much was franked etc. There is another post that states that there is a dividend statement that is issued by IG once a year, but cannot locate it anywhere. Can someone direct me on how to access this statement?
  6. How do I access this dividend statement that is provided once a year? Cannot find it anywhere.
