two charts same day but candles are not the same

Hi all Noticed this today on my a 5 min chart of Z1P for tuesday 23 of March black background is my cash account and white background is my demo account. Quite a number of candles are not the same. Many bodies are different... bit of a challenge if relying on a candle to indicate triggers or support etc... which chart is correct? or am i missing something?
