Hello, I tried to initiate a transfer from within "My IG" and clicking 'Start request now' from the 'Stock transfer' menu option. I selected 'No' for all the boxes on the first page. I completed the form and then printed it off, only to notice it said "For transfer of non-ISA shares and non-SIPP, ETFs and ETCs from another broker into your IG Share Dealing account". I replied to the confirmation email asking for this transfer to be cancelled, but I have not yet received a reply in nearly two days. My account still shows the transfer as in progress. I would like to know how to actually transfer my ISA to IG, and cancel my previous request if it isn't a valid way to do so.
