Account activation problem

Balint posted a question in IG Account Support - MyIG Help

I have uploaded my identification documents which have been verified by IG, yet my account remains deactivated. When I go to 'upload documents' it says my identity has already been verified and doesn't let me do anything. I've had this issue for 2 weeks, I have emailed IG about it but they haven't responded. Any idea how to fix it? Would really appreciate any help I can get.
