Change and % change columns on a watchlist

Hi, I am based in Australia, however trade across Aussie, European and US markets. when I create a watch list on the App, it provides a Change and %change column per security. what base time does this refer to? Yesterday close? Live 24hr lag? Or is it linked to London time??? so for example if BHP on the ASX is showing a change of +1% at say 1pm local Sydney time - what is that change referenced to?? thanks in advance. happy trading all.
