  1. Today still the order is rejected. This time at 15:50 BST. Can someone advise on the cause?
  2. I tried to place an order for SLVP at 17:10 BST today. I am in the UK. In the trading platform, it says "Market is tradeable", so it should be open to trade. See attached for the preview. When I confirm the order, I get an error, "Your order has been rejected" with no further details. I already have a position in this ETF, and I'd like to buy more shares. I have enough funds for this order. What is the reason for the rejection? There should be more information in the trading platform for this.
  3. Above is the ask price. Similar story for the bids, down to 1475.0, as below.
  4. In the past few days, I've seen the price of SSLN reach exactly 1715.0 three times in the IG platform. What causes this? Screenshot below. This is a share dealing account.
  5. Hi all, How can I find out the reason for an order rejection? Example below. There is not much information as to why the order was rejected. The symbol is URNM. The time was 14:45 BST (09:45 ET), so the market was open.
  6. Hi all, On the API companion, I'm able to get the one minute prices, covering a one day period, but cannot extend this to one month. Request details below. Any ideas what could be the issue here? Headers: Content-Type = application/json; charset=UTF-8 Accept = application/json; charset=UTF-8 X-IG-API-KEY = <my live API key> Version = 3 Authorization = Bearer <access key> IG-ACCOUNT-ID = <my spread betting account ID> URL: https://api.ig.com/gateway/deal/prices/CS.D.EURUSD.MINI.IP?resolution=MINUTE&from=2022-06-16T00%3A00%3A00&to=2022-06-17T00%3A00%3A00 Response: HTTP 200 status: success Change the URL to: https://api.ig.com/gateway/deal/prices/CS.D.EURUSD.MINI.IP?resolution=MINUTE&from=2022-05-16T00%3A00%3A00&to=2022-06-17T00%3A00%3A00 Keeping everything else the same. Response: HTTP 400 status: error { "errorCode": "error.price-history.io-error" }
  7. Hi all, I have a spread-betting account, with one open position. Is it possible to increase the position size (i.e. in my case, GBP per point), while the position is still active? If I try it, there is an error, "The size you have requested is greater than your existing position". Or, is it possible to open a new position in the same market, with a new size amount, and have both positions open at the same time? If I close the position and then re-open with a new size, that means paying the spread again. Regards, Aidan
