Hi , impossible to load custom indicators to MT4 chart. Message on platform ' Incorrect secure key' . The secure key is definitely correct. Indicators purchased from trusted site. When loading a new chart or time frame I still receive the incorrect secure key message with none of the indicators loaded onto the chart. I would be extremely grateful if someone could point me in the right direction on this issue. I am new to IG and MT4 so it may be something I've done or not done.
