I managed to have a Live Chat conversation with someone in support and was told that Citi (who are IG's broker I think) had a technical problem and were working on a solution. Not good though.
Overnight all of my UK-based stop orders have vanished. That's bad, but I also don't seem able to reinstate them, just get the order cancelled message. Help!
I'm confused by the change and % change numbers at the top of a chart not matching those when I hover the mouse over today's candlestick - in fact they seem to be positive/negative versions of each other. Am I just reading the top numbers wrong?
