I have spoken to your colleague this morning about my RI of IAG held into my IG account. She confirmed me that I will see my RI before closing business today but I can’t see it.I would like to raise this complaint formally to ombudsman and here are couple of keys points.Firstly; why your colleague lied to me about RI added to my account.Secondly; I have seen on LSE discussion board that other vendors such as Halifax, Hargreaves Lansdown already added to their client account and why not IG? This shows to me IG platform is incompetent to perform the job on time and showily not be permitted to do business.I had raised this issue with IG and waiting for their feedback.
