  1. Am i able to participate in a redemption facility offered by the company via my spreadbet position? What do I need to do in order to participate? The redemption is voluntary and so by doing nothing, when holding the shares, the facility would not be participated in. The example I am considering is where the shares are trading at a, say, 10% discount to NAV and the company offers to redeem those shares at NAV by liquidating part or all of their underlying portfolio (in the case of an investment company which has an underlying portfolio of holdings). Thanks
  2. What happens to my returns if a have a CFD on a company that goes into liquidation? For example, if I have bought Company A at a 20% discount to (what I believe is) its realisible value upon liquidation and then that company goes into liquidation and returns net asset value - are my returns from the CFD a leveraged reflection of the returns I would receive if I were to own the shares or does the CFD become void at the point of liquidation, for example?
  3. I like opportunities where the company offers an exit via a tender offer, share buyback, or there is potential for liquidation. What are the best instruments for me to use to leverage into these trades?
