Nobody has ever said this, they REDUCE the risk! The key word here is "most", he didn't say "all". I repeat: the vaccines reduce the risk of serious illness and death.

However you want to spin it, the vaccines are lowering the risk of death and/or serious illness, you only need to see how the number of deaths during this wave is far less than the previous waves when we didn't have vaccines. I am almost at a loss for words at this point, I never imagined that during a pandemic, when we have vaccines freely available, we would be having discussions like this on whether to use them or not!
