Can't Deposit Funds sing Visa Debit Card

Hello! I tried to deposit funds the other day and it also showed as incorrect, because the security code was wrong. It wasn't wrong. Now there is retained cash on my account so I do not have them on the IG accout and I dont have access to them until the 28th of November! Any chance IG can stop retaining them on their side?
