  2. Hello, I am trying to access Level 2 data. I go to my IG account Settings > Data feeds, and there is an explanation there as seen below. When I click on the red link 'Preferences' it leads me back to my dashboard. And there is no menu item called 'Preferences' in my account settings. So what am I missing here? (I do have more than 1.000 GBP on my account) Thanks!

  4. Hello, Thank you for the answer. I was not trying to do that. Market was open at the time I experience this issue. And it is not a screenshot from today or yesterday, nothing to do with market opening times. 🙏
  5. Hello, I've been unable to change my STOP after a position is opened. What am I doing wrong? Unlike the message the STOP distance update I was making wasn't really too far from the market level etc. even a slightest point change it doesn't allow me. What am I missing? Thank you!
  6. Hello, I'm having this problem as well. I am trying to lower my STOP and I get this message. It's not far away or anything. I'm unable to adjust my stop and I lose money because of this. Is there a rule somewhere that I am not aware of?
