Asset on Chart but not available in MT4 account

OlliMur posted a question in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

Hello I have a spread betting account and there is an asset I want to trade, GDXJ (DFB), that I can see in the ProRealTime charts but when I open MT4 it is not available. Any idea why this would be the case? When I go to add a symbol in MT4 I have Forex, Metals, Indices & Commodities available but the asset is not in any of these. The account is funded etc. Thanks
