Transfer to ISA account not working

I can't seem to get past the ISA supplementary policy and actual transfer my cash ISA into my new IG share dealing ISA account. There seems to be an error as every time I tick and submit the policy I'm taken back to the website homepage and out of the platform. Bizarre, please could someone from IG staff help? Thanks
