I need your urgent help with the following issue. I had a BTCUSD position with a Limit set at 24029.97.
At 1:05.41am today the price reached and went slightly above that Limit.
At 1:05:45am the price again reached and went above that Limit.
Between 1:05:45am and 1:05:50am the price was well above the Limit.
At 1:05:53am the price went again above the Limit.
Despite all these instances of the price going above the Limit, the platform didn't close my position.
As a result i lost £1,086.98.
Also, the position is currently in further loss.
