The Worthless Shares of Intu Properties PLC

Hi, I purchased the share for Intu Properties PLC, but then the company entered administration in June 2020. I can still see how many shares I am holding but the market value is 0. I wonder what can I do with these shares. Can I make a negligible value claim for the shares? Can I donate them to charity ( sounds funny, but I am inspirited on the gov website, please see the attachment) ? Thank you in advance.
