    Hi Charlotte, I don't know if you saw my previous (not shown here). Please can you advise on how I can transfer my account as instructed by IG. The ID verification process does not work. I don't want to close my account and I want to continue trading. Please advise directly on how to progress IG's transfer process as instructed by IG. Also, can you firm up on what you mean by "Share dealing accounts won’t be transferred during this process.". am I to understand from this that I can not continue to trade on IG at all, transfer to IGEurope or otherwise? Note: I've tried to phone, email, tweet, live chat and no response to date. This forum has been the only response.
