    I REPEAT THE ABOVE 2 COMMENTS... I've been trying for 3 days to get this sorted. First night, got an Identification Agent, going through the process only to be told he wasn't able to view my passport properly and advised to dawnload the app on my phone. Did this straight away and waited over an hour, no agent. Next evening, an hour and a half, no agent, and here I am again tonight, gave up after 45 minutes. This is the worse process ever. Going to try one more time tomorrow morning and if I don't get connected with an agent, I'm taking my business somewhere else. Sorry for long post, but I am just totally fustrated at this process, the same as previous 2 people said, it's just not good enough!!!
