    I’m having the same issue been trying to call them since yesterday!! It’s mainly affecting US stocks and no idea what’s going on either the average price is showing as zero!! Profits and losses look like crazy amounts which I know is not real no idea what’s happening. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at Ig at the moment been calling for hours and days!

    Hi Since Monday a lot of my US stocks are showing an average price of 0 and the profits are almost double or triple than what they were on Friday- it doesn’t look right at all. I’ve tried to call IG several times but I’m unable to get through and get any answers. This also means I can’t currently trade if I can’t see the accurate profit and losses and average prices! Please could somebody advise what’s going on? Thanks
