Hi,
I have carried out the ID verification process but still my account / ID has not been verified.
I have verified my ID via the IDnow App
I have sent my ID documents to helpdesk.uk@ig.com
I have tried to contact your client support via email, phone and even Twitter..... no responses received.
Can you please advise as to the status of my verification as I am unable to fund and use my account until this is done.
The delays and lack of customer service / support is highly frustrating.
I wonder will I even get a response to this?
