  1. I had a few issues logging in to my account today and got the password wrong several times which resulted in a lockout. I have since received an email to reset it. The only problem is the money I had in the account has disappeared with a balance now showing 0. This has only happened since I got the password wrong and my account shows no transactions of any money being removed from it.
