Platform issues, couldn't buy/sell during opportunities. Platform and apps crashed. Got cutoff from Customer service, couldn't get though.

Could not Buy or Sell any trades on my iphones apps or in computer browsers - Then the platform failed crashed and wouldn't load right when the oppurtunites arised, as soon as the oppurtunity passed it I could trade, that happened twice. I used an iMac, iphone, my Macbook Pro. Tried apps on my phone, Browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Explorer, Firefox). I even tried to get through to customer support and I kept on getting cut off. Doe anyone know whats happening?
