    Hello, i currently own shares in FXPO with HL where I have to attain the extra 20% dividends through the form 86, shenanigans, that takes a few months. On FXPO dividend PDF it states some brokers claim this extra withholding tax, on behalf of their clients if owed. HL does not so if IG does I will be tempted to move my shares come new ISA day.
