Hi, I keep getting the message "Market not available online" when I try to trade, i can see that the market is open and that stock is marked with the green icon showing that it is active. I have tried various different stocks to rule out it being a single stock issue. i have bought and sold shares on my account before and then one day it just stopped working. once the error message appears i can manually click on the "Back to ticket" and try to buy it again and it places the order but by then the price has changed.... I sent IG an email with the issue about 20 days ago with a screenshot but no response. anyone else had this issue? Thank you
