Can I request a profit and loss statement for tax purposes for the last 3 years 2018/2019. 2019/2020 and 2020/2021....financial year endings.

I have been told that my CFD positions on certain shares now require 100 % margin.....does this mean £1000 of shares bought on CFD deal now needs £1000 to hold the position? I cant get anyone on the phones. This happens at 3pm tomorrow.
